6th Street and Sunsets














And just like that it's already half way through February. As you may be able to tell, I've traded in the snow and the cold for some sunshine and 70 degree weather. Blissful to say the least. You also haven't seen a sunset until you've been to Tucson- they are stunning just about every night. My goal is to get to the top of these parking garages more often and take in all the beautiful colors that paint themselves across the mountains as the sun sets.

Valentine's Day is only a day away, and what a sucky holiday for literally everyone. See, if you're in a relationship you have to have all these elaborate plans and be super duper romantic, when really you couples should be like that all the time. Then there's the depressive single people who throw 'I hate valentine's day' parties or go watch How to Be Single in the theaters. Thank you for St. Valentin for all you did but we have now commercialized your precious holiday, you are welcome. 

On that note, Happy Valentine's Day to all the happy couples, the happy friendships, and the happy families. May your day be filled with lots of love (and a life size teddy bear).

San Diego Vibes

For my last one week Spring Break vacation ever , my family and I traveled to San Diego, California. I've been to San Diego before when I had short, curly/frizzy hair, and better yet, braces...Take a second, imagine that image for your own pleasure, and then throw it away forever. You done? Ok good, let's move on.This time around I was a 21 year old college student, and wayyyy hotter so I had a lot more fun :). Two times around makes me feel like I've seen all of San Diego (JK not really, I'm buying a condo when I become a millionaire).  Since I have already witnessed the hilly fortress that is the San Diego Zoo, I had no interest to go again this Spring Break. Instead, my Mom and I ended up right across the street in Balboa Park! The land of museums and gorgeous architecture. Black & Green in Lake Geneva

This has to be one of my favorite color combinations to wear which I'm pretty sure I've mentioned before on here...Anyway, I've actually been wanting to highlight this cool shirt I bought over Christmas break. It's from Banana Republic and the moment I saw it hung up, I knew I had to have it. I love the mesh texture overlay and how it's see through on the sleeve. It makes the shirt just that much more stylish then a plain black tee. Clearly, it can be worn very causal and I've worn it with Converse before which also looks super cute.  The greenery photos above are up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The overcast sky didn't look to nice but it really brought out the bright green in the trees and grass there. So strange how we've had so much rain over here while California is still suffering! If only we could ship our rain water to them... Anyway, it feels so nice to have photos of clothes again! Crossing my fingers
