Never Stop Looking











I love when I'm looking for one thing but then end up finding something else way better. That's what happened with this location above! Originally I was looking for a little beach on a lake, only to learn that the lake is private to the houses on it. Then driving out of the neighborhood my friend in the passenger seat all of a sudden said "hey, there's a spot!"  After a quick turn around, we discovered another smaller lake that was open to the public, and not only included old canoes but a bridge and a gazebo! What a perfect setup. 
As for the outfit part, this is my matching top and bottom set purchased from Gap. Super comfy and light weight making it perfect for summer! As for the accessories, I mixed glam with boho by stacking wooden and rope bracelets and contrasting those with my silver and pearl headband on top. 
Can you believe summer is almost over?! Ahhh, it's crazy. 
End of Summer Goals: 
1. Actually go to one of our local beaches
2. Hang out with old friends ♥
3. Pack for school :D

San Diego Vibes

For my last one week Spring Break vacation ever , my family and I traveled to San Diego, California. I've been to San Diego before when I had short, curly/frizzy hair, and better yet, braces...Take a second, imagine that image for your own pleasure, and then throw it away forever. You done? Ok good, let's move on.This time around I was a 21 year old college student, and wayyyy hotter so I had a lot more fun :). Two times around makes me feel like I've seen all of San Diego (JK not really, I'm buying a condo when I become a millionaire).  Since I have already witnessed the hilly fortress that is the San Diego Zoo, I had no interest to go again this Spring Break. Instead, my Mom and I ended up right across the street in Balboa Park! The land of museums and gorgeous architecture. Black & Green in Lake Geneva

This has to be one of my favorite color combinations to wear which I'm pretty sure I've mentioned before on here...Anyway, I've actually been wanting to highlight this cool shirt I bought over Christmas break. It's from Banana Republic and the moment I saw it hung up, I knew I had to have it. I love the mesh texture overlay and how it's see through on the sleeve. It makes the shirt just that much more stylish then a plain black tee. Clearly, it can be worn very causal and I've worn it with Converse before which also looks super cute.  The greenery photos above are up in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The overcast sky didn't look to nice but it really brought out the bright green in the trees and grass there. So strange how we've had so much rain over here while California is still suffering! If only we could ship our rain water to them... Anyway, it feels so nice to have photos of clothes again! Crossing my fingers
