1 Dress 5 Ways

Image
It's been awhile since my last post but this one has a lot of pictures to make up for it! It's a first for my blog but I've selected one little, black dress and dressed it up 5 different ways. Every way is a different style depending on the day, mood, person, etc. Enjoy!  1. The first look is just the dress itself! It's a simple but rather shapeless black dress from H&M that I got a long time ago for only $5. 2. The first real outfit is the casual look complete with a chambray vest and Converse sneakers! Oh, and don't forget the baseball cap and ponytail for the days where our hair just doesn't want to cooperate.  2. For the second outfit I went for a more girly/bohemian feel. A high-low skirt easily slips over the dress and then all that is needed are some sandals and a floral scarf. 3. For the third outfit, I went for a more bold style. My favorite shiny gold sweater gave the look a more luxe feel but add...

Camo & Cacti

Nothing makes you feel more like a schoolgirl than knee socks and a skirt. Pairing a camo vest over a cacti shirt with a gold spiked necklace is one helpful way to stand out against the traditional uniforms that may, or may not, surround you. I mentioned my new gold spiked necklace that I am absolutely in love with! I just got it in the mail yesterday from Jewelmint.com. Rocking rebellious pieces in a girly way is a personal favorite of mine!  Have a great weekend!   Clothing From- Forever 21 & Target Jewelry From Jewelmint Shoes From Target

Into the Wild

May I present the premier of my jaguar print hi-low dress that has yet to see the light of day since I bought it last September. Oops! Paired with my new high top Converse and Tilly hat and you have yourself an outfit! If you don't have piece of clothing you want for any outfit, don't be afraid to fold and hide like I did with my 'wild' muscle tank. From hip length to crop top, it's exactly what I needed to match the seem of the hidden dress underneath.  I'm really loving discovering all sort of new and pretty spots around my campus, which is why I fall in love with it everyday!  Happy 2014! January is surprisingly almost over already, which just goes to show how fast time flies. I'm back to school and couldn't have been more happier to leave the negative temperatures for the lovely Tucson January weather of sixties and sunny! I can't wait to see what 2014 has to offer but I know it will be offering a lot of blog posts! So enjoy my comfy, cozy outfit as I wander around our lovely football stadium.  Clothing From- Aeropostale & Kohls

POP of Color

Last day of classes today and I couldn't be more thrilled. I love school and all but it's time for me to go home. What better way to share my excitement then with my 'burst' sweatshirt from Urban Outfitters? I'm not even that stressed out over finals because they'll be over before I know it so why worry about it now? Hope everyone starts and finished their finals in peace! Best of luck!

Happy Friday! Classes are done for the day so I'm onto homework and finals preparation! The semester is winding down so fast and I just sit here wondering "Where did time go?" Still, this has been one awesome semester for me.  The pictures below are new favorites of mine, so I hope you all like them just as much as I do! Have a good weekend everyone!
